Matthew Alley sold a Skilled Nursing Facility in Ennis, Texas for $4,900,000. The facility consists of 155 licensed skilled nursing beds, which includes 46 Medicare and 109 dually certified beds. Constructed in 1964, the facility is approximately 36,742 square feet situated on a 2.66 acre lot.
The Ennis Care Center, located in Ellis County, is 37 miles southeast of downtown Dallas. The property currently has a census of 51%.
The Seller is a Texas-based owner/operator that focuses on Skilled Nursing. The Buyer is a new operator that purchased its first nursing home. The principal has a great deal of experience in the nursing home business.
