SLIB Managing Director Matt Alley arranged the sale of Beach House Assisted Living & Memory Care located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The community houses 100 beds in 84 units, with 78 private suites and 6 semi-private rooms. Built in 2014, the attractive facility has been well maintained.

The Buyer is a partnership between a regional operator and two investment firms, one based in Florida and the other in New York. The Seller was divesting the asset, as they were reaching the end of their investment horizon.
Matthew Alley partnered with fellow Managing Directors Brad Clousing and Jeff Binder to complete the transaction, which closed March 2nd.
