Matthew Alley sold an independent living and memory care facility with approximately 88 units in Keene, Texas. The transaction closed in April 2016 for $7,650,000. The facility was built in 1988 and renovated in 2003. The facility is on a total of 24.03 acres. The property has maintained a census around 99% for the past couple of years.
According to Matthew Alley, Managing Director, “This was a very complicated transaction with the seller operating under a forbearance agreement with their lender. The buyer is a new entrant into the seniors housing industry.”
