Matthew Alley and Nick Cacciabando of SLIB sold a 124 unit Assisted Living Facility located in Oklahoma City, OK. The facilities were built in 1998, added onto in 2001 & 2005 and are on a total of 4.95 total acres. The properties have maintained a census around 77% for the past couple of years. The Buyer is a non-profit entity looking to expand their seniors housing presence. The transaction closed at $13.750 million, which was $110,887/bed and 3.8x revenues.

While pricing was important, they were just as concerned with the future of their staff and residents. We were able to find a buyer who gave the seller comfort in knowing that their legacy would be maintained for years to come at a very aggressive price.”
