Matthew Alley sold a portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities in Texas. Vista Continuing Care Center is a 131-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Pasadena, Texas approximately 17 miles southeast of Houston. Wood Memorial Nursing Home is a 115-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Mineola, Texas approximately 86 miles east of Dallas. Both properties maintained an average census of 83%. The transaction closed in August 2017 for $9,348,000.
