SLIB arranged the $7.6M sale of a high quality Skilled Nursing Facility located in San Marcos, Texas. Regent Care Center of San Marcos shows excellently for its 2008 construction. The community encompasses +/- 90,000 sq. ft. on a +/- 7.7 acre lot, offering 174 total licensed skilled nursing beds. Multiple regulatory issues faced the community in the past, causing low census and high turnover. An experienced director brought in at the beginning of 2018 has already brought significant improvements and boosted the community’s CMS star rating. The community is now on track for success.
