Matthew Alley sold a 37-unit Assisted Living Facility in Tomball, Texas. The transaction closed at $2.7 million, which was $72,973/unit and 2.18x revenues. The 20,793 square foot facility was built in 1999 with a 2005 addition. The property maintained a census around 100% for the past couple of years. The buyer is a regional owner/operator who is based in Oregon.
