Sold…Assisted Living Facility in Texas by Senior Living Brokerage

Matthew Alley and Jason Punzel represented the Seller of a 37 unit assisted living facility in Texas.  The community, sold is located 35 miles northwest of Houston, is 20,793 square feet on 4.3 acres of land.  It was built in 1999 with an addition in 2005.  The assisted living community had been just above break even for 2013 and 2014 but was full with a waiting list at the time of the sale. Read more…
